Lexi graduated from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute of Indianapolis in July of 2010 and began working at Les Champs Elysees soon after. She transferred to MarDon Salon upon our opening in the fall of 2010, and now holds the title of Lead Stylist. One exceptional experience she earned during her education was a contest opportunity to attend the Beacon Seminar in Las Vegas of which she won. Lexi was educated at the Beacon Seminar by top stylists in the industry.
Lexi specializes in both men’s and women’s hair cuts. She loves her job because it allows her to make people feel truly beautiful when they leave her chair. Plus, she says it’s “fun to “play” in hair cutting and color all day.”

Brittany graduated from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute of Indianapolis in July 2010. She worked at 2 other Aveda salons prior to joining the MarDon salon team. Brittany specializes in special occasion/formal hairstyles. She enjoys sculpting hair into a work of art. Brittany is now also certified in Platinum Seamless Hair Extensions. Breeanna graduated from the Indiana Cosmetology Academy in Bedford, IN in January 2011. She started working for Les Champs Elysees in February 2011. She then transferred to MarDon Salon in October 2011. Aside from being a professional hair stylist, Breeanna is also our lead eyelash extension technician and shellac artist . Breeanna is a Bedford, IN native and she has a passion for encouraging a positive self image among her clients by creating a look that makes them feel confident.
Breeanna’s favorite product is the new Aveda Pure Abundance Style Prep because it provides beautiful volume throughout the hair while protecting it from humidity and styling damage.

Brie is a Honors Beauty College graduate and joined the MarDon team early in 2012 as an esthetician and make up artist. Brie has a great passion for skincare. She focuses on educating her clients and helping them achieve the best results. Brie specializes in waxing , facials, make up applications and airbrush. She recently studied as an eyelash extensions, under Breeanna, and is successfully building her clientele as an eyelash extension technician. She takes pride in in providing each of her clients a unique experience and tailoring each service specifically to their needs.
Bries favorite product is the Outer Peace Acne Relief Pads because they help prevent future breakout and serve the purpose of a toner and exfoliant in one.
Valarie graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Chicago in July 2012 and began working at MarDon in September 2012. Valarie specializes in cuts and color. She loves to play with texture: doing perms and relaxers. She says she loves her job because she gets to use her creativity to make her guests happy.
Valarie’s favorite product is the Be Curly Style Prep because it not only adds moisture, but it also locks humidity out to keep hair frizz-free all day.
